Since 1983 MMI Medical has been doing mobile DSA/Angiography and renting cardiac cath labs to Hospitals. MMI Medical started out in 1979 as a mobile CT company and also mobile MRI.

The present Mobile configuration provides for ease of delivery and setup at any location that is relatively flat like a street or a previous mobile PET/CT/MR location.

These mobile labs have been used at such prestigious institutions as the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland (NNMC), hospital to the President of the United States, UCLA, Humana Hospital Audubon and many other Hospitals 'coast to coast, border to border'.

An MMI mobile cardiac catheterization lab was even used by NASA. Our Technologists greeted Columbia as it landed at Edwards Air Force Base and provided the Physician Team both the Technical assistance and the equipment they needed when the Astronauts walked down from the shuttle. This was for the first space shuttle flight totally dedicated to biological research.

Prices are based upon a minimum one month term. It includes routine maintenance, transportation and setup, and 3 days applications training.

In 1996 MMI Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ MMIM) changed its corporate name to InnoServ Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ ISER), then in 1998 the stock of InnoServ Technologies, Inc. was bought by General Electric for the maintenance divisions formally known as R Squared Scan Systems or Mediq Equipment Maintenance Systems (MEMS) and the MMI Division was not needed.

In 1999 JAF LLC, composed of the management of MMI for 8 years, bought the assets of MMI and has upgraded the fleet while maintaining the tradition of service. JAF LLC is a Vietnam Era Veteran owned Small Business Company.

Since that time and through various expansion efforts, JAF has developed into a unique company based upon the Health Care and Education market. With a background in all of the Administrative/Technical Operations for Hospitals, Clinics plus mobile CT/MR/Angio/Cath/Mammography labs, and Training for Technologists for the ARRT Registry Exam and in performing Mammography, the JAF group has experience in all fifty states, Brazil and Canada.
